Materials:
1 (8.5 x 11in) cardstock or similar paper for "board"
4 - 5 (2 x 8.5in) strips of paper (varied colors work nicely)
scissors
Directions:
To make the "board":
Step 1. Fold card stock paper in half.
Step 2. Keep paper folded. Along open side, measure .5in from edge and trace down from one end to
other end.
Step 3. Starting at folded side, cut squiggly lines all the way to traced line. It is important not to cut past
traced line. Cut about 4 - 5 squiggly lines, allowing for even space in between each line.
To weave:
Step 4. Take a paper strip and insert it through the first opening. Weave paper over and under remaining
openings.
Step 5. Repeat with remaining strips, but be sure to alternate weaving between over and under at the
beginning.
